C.O.O.L. College Advisor Program
The C.O.O.L. College Advisor Program is funded by a private grant through the Azle Education Foundation. The C.O.O.L. Program provides and promotes College Access. The C.O.O.L. Advisor acts as an advocate by encouraging, respecting, inspiring, and assisting students in establishing and achieving their academic goals and objectives beyond high school. The academic advisor will help students to make informed choices about college by teaching appropriate decision-making skills. Finally, the C.O.O.L. Advisor will work to increase student enrollment and retention in college and create a college-going atmosphere within the district and community.
C.O.O.L. College Advisor Mission Statement
The mission of The C.O.O.L. Advisor Program is to provide a full-time college advisor on the Azle High School campus to help students enroll in and successfully graduate from colleges, universities, and other institutions of higher learning.
