Azle High School hosted The Texas Art Education Association Region 11W High School Visual Art Scholastic Event (VASE) on Saturday, February 10. The event featured more than 1,000 student artwork entries from 55 teachers within the region.
AHS students earned 84 first-place medals in four divisions and four Hornets will be advancing to State, which will be held in San Marcos, April 26-27. This will be the eighth year for AHS to attend the State VASE competition.
