Project Graduation

What is Project Graduation?

  • Azle High School Project Graduation is part of a national and community-wide effort that began in 1988 to provide graduating seniors with a safe, alcohol-free, drug-free celebration on graduation night. It is a commitment by parents and the community to provide a “once in a lifetime” event. The celebration builds a spirit of togetherness among the graduates as they party with friends for one last time as AHS seniors.

Who can attend?

  • All Azle High School graduating seniors may attend! Admission only requires the senior to have pre-registered. They are welcome to bring a guest for a nominal fee. Guests must also be pre-registered, must have completed their sophomore year, and be under 20 years old.

  • Following the graduation ceremony, check-in will begin at Azle High School at 10:15 p.m. Buses will depart at 11 p.m., and return to Azle High School at approximately 7 a.m. on the following day.
