Azle ISD recognized 73 employees with a "More Cowbell" award for the second semester of the 2023-24 school year. Awards were presented to staff members whose positive energy and engagement are contagious. Employees nominated peers and a selection team determined the award winners for each campus.
If you have not heard of "More Cowbell" it comes from a Saturday Night Live skit from the year 2000. The inspiration for "More Cowbell" is fun, of course, but also shows how energy, excitement, and going above and beyond in our roles can be the difference-maker.
