Azle ISD recognized 48 employees with a "More Cowbell" award for the first semester of the 2023-24 school year. Awards were presented to staff members whose positive energy and engagement are contagious.
If you have not heard of "More Cowbell" it comes from a Saturday Night Live skit from the year 2000. The inspiration for "More Cowbell" is fun, of course, but also shows how energy, excitement, and going above and beyond in our roles can be the difference-maker.
Employees can nominate peers and a selection team will determine the award winners for each campus.
