REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – #24-05.31 General Merchandise, Groceries, Supplies, Equipment and Services
Azle Independent School District (AISD) is soliciting proposals to establish a vendor list for commodities which are used mainly in the schools and departments on an as needed basis and to establish vendors for the 2024-2025 school year. This would include Products and Services needed for Instructional, Career & Tech Program (CTE), Fine Arts, Maintenance, and Transportation. Responses will be accepted electronically through our eBidding system beginning May 9, 2024, at 8AM (CST). Closing date for this request is May 31, 2024, at 2:00PM (CST). The Request for Proposal package may be obtained electronically via Ionwave at https://azleisd.ionwave.net/. Information will be posted on our website: https://www.azleisd.net/o/aisd/page/bids-and-proposals, or you may call the Purchasing Office at 817-444-0805 for assistance. Vendors must be registered in the Azle ISD Purchasing online vendor registration system to view and provide a response. ***Vendors who already have current accepted bid with Azle ISD do not need to respond unless their bids are expiring.
