Please review the Azle ISD Student Transfer Guidelines in their entirety before submitting a transfer request.

A separate transfer request form is required for each student. Transportation is not provided for transfer students.

2024-2025 Student Transfer Guidelines & Forms

Transfer requests for 2024-2025 must be submitted to the student's zoned campus for review on or before May 17, 2024.

Transfer requests received after the May 17 deadline will not be reviewed until AFTER the first nine-week grading period.
