Water Line Update - Monday 2:30 PM - The city has repaired the water main break.  However, the water lines now have to be flushed and the water tested.  It usually takes 24 hours to determine whether the water will still need to be boiled or whether the water is fit to drink.  The Tarrant County Health Department has closed all food preparation establishments tomorrow and will not allow them to open until the water is determined to be drinkable.  Our kitchens are included in the closure.  Because of this, we will not be open for school tomorrow (Tuesday, 2/9/2010).  Any non-athletic activities or meetings that were scheduled to happen Monday or Tuesday have been canceled.  We will later determine the time that the activities will be rescheduled.  The Varsity athletic events scheduled for tomorrow night will take place. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are still scheduled as Flex Days.

We are optimistic about the ability to have school on Wednesday but we will not be able to make that determination until tomorrow afternoon/evening.
