Hoover Elementary, a TEA Recognized 5th-6th grade campus, is committed to providing engaging, authentic learning opportunities for all students, and we are ready to begin this year's new learning adventure together!
Commitment to ensuring your child's academic success is a top priority at Hoover. Jumpstart is a dedicated thirty minute block during the school day for all students to receive academic support and/or enrichment. The Hive will be open each school morning, from 7:30-8:00am, for homework help or makeup work. These two programs are provided to maximize the opportunity for all students' academic success.
Social success is also an important aspect of the school experience. We have many opportunities for your child to "connect" at Hoover, and these are listed along the side column of our web page. I encourage you to check these links regularly to keep current with what is happening. Getting connected is an important part of the overall educational experience, so I hope you will encourage your child to find an area of interest and get involved.
The Hoover team is excited to begin this school year and watch your child develop as he/she discovers the possibilities ahead and participates in the stimulating learning environment that is Hoover Elementary!
